It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of accessories, both vintage and modern. Here are a couple of recent detail shots of (mostly) sparkly things, courtesy of my Instagram.

My dad's a silversmith and the ring and pendant are two of his pieces. He does some pretty incredible work! He's also responsible for the millions of freckles...gotta love genetics.
New belt buckle, vintage Bakelite bangle, vintage wooden bangle a new black bangle & (once again) the ring my dad made.
As you can see, I'm a huge fan of mixing vintage and new accessories, regardless of whether I'm wearing a vintage dress or just a tank and jeans. It's loads of fun to try new combinations based on colour or style rather than just focusing on an era. You never know what you'll come up with!
